Current studies indicate that women’s way of leadership is more important than ever in a global society. Are we preparing our youngest members appropriately? Are we ensuring that our alumnae know how to be the best possible mentors? Are we helping our members, at every level, truly understand why their choice to join a sorority is one of the best they’ve ever made?
